can you use ceramic glaze on already glazed tiles such as daltile?

unglazed tiles are difficult to find and already glazed tiles are readily available at home improvement stores and are inexpensive. i’m interested in using Ceramic Glazes such as duncan or mayco on top of a matte finish.

Sounds like your trying to change the color or want to make your own design. In any case you can glaze the tile but you will need a kiln to fire it. Also Ive been in the tile buiseness over 30 years, and I know any tile store can order you whats called bisque. Its basically any tile of your choice you can get from the factory unglazed or uncolored then do it your self. Sometimes its allot cheaper because they dont have the costs of finishing for you.
