Ceramics Wheel

Is it normal for the rear tires of my mountain bike to rub the bottom of the frame when they travel?

This happens a lot when I'm uphill effort and I lean my bike back and forth. I realize that the rear wheel is a bit out of true, but it is not bent at all. Just suddenly started happen. I have an aluminum bike wheels with ceramic light running. Perhaps the rear wheel is bending? The wheels tend to flex and light? Yes just rub on the left side of the frame is not the right. I'm talking about the lower back on the front chain.

First I would check the dish of the wheel, checking to see if the wheel is centered correctly, next I would check spoke tension. As for edge bending Wheels can turn. Ceramics have been laced with DT spokes Mavic Revolution, the light, but flexy. My best guess by looking at the wheel is the dish is out of ABIT, adding some bending and slashing tires.
