Any ideas for a non-functional ceramics piece?
In my ceramics level 2 class we have to create anything non-functional that combines handbuilt pieces with peices thrown off the mound on the potter’s wheel…
Does anybody have any suggestions for something i could make…
because im totally clueless. i really have only ever thought about making something that i would find useful since as a beginner nothing i make really looks good enough to let it just stand there as a sculpture and look at.
Well, maybe you cold make an Amoeba. An Amoeba is a single celled organism with no consistent form…just a teeny tiny blob of protoplasm mostly. Making a larger version of this would be quite easy.
