How can you get teeth back in place?
My retainer broke about 2 years ago and I do not have the ceramic molds of my teeth. My top teeth feel like they are starting to flare out a little bit. They aren’t crooked, though. So bascially what I’m asking is there anything I can do myself to push them back a little?
no unfortunately there isn’t,
but you can try taking your retainer back to your orthodontist to get it fixed like you should have when it first broke.. either that or if you are desperate to get it straight you have to have braces again. or go to your ortho or any and get a new molding to re-fix it or ask them how to.
